Operations & E-Commerce Platform for a Multi-Outlet Martial Arts School
Scheduling, registration, attendance, prepaid credits and retail sales brought together with reminders and daily outlet reporting.
The business problem
A school operating across multiple outlets needed to coordinate lessons, customer registrations, credits, trainers and retail activity. Public information and daily administration were part of the same operating context.
What was built
A custom platform combined the public website with class scheduling, parent registration, prepaid lesson-credit management, trainer attendance, e-commerce, customer reminders and scheduled sales reporting.
Part of the school's daily operations
The platform supported both public-facing information and the work required to run a multi-outlet school. Administrators could publish content, manage trainer profiles and provide structured lesson information. Behind those pages were connected workflows for bookings, credits and attendance.

From schedule to attendance history
The system represented lesson types and scheduled lesson instances. Administrators could copy schedules into future months, reducing repeated entry when preparing upcoming activities.
Parents could log in, view available lessons and use prepaid credits to register. On the day of a lesson, a trainer could open the schedule, see the registered students and mark attendance. This created a record of participation within the operating workflow.

Credits, reminders and retail activity
Customers could purchase credit packages and maintain a balance for lessons. Automated emails prompted replenishment before credits were exhausted.
The platform also sold physical accessories, including products with colour and size variations and an outlet context. This combined lesson-related transactions and retail activity in the same platform.

Preparing daily outlet sales data
An external retail-mall requirement called for daily outlet sales reporting. A scheduled task aggregated the day's relevant transactions and exported the data into the required format for reporting.
