Sym Paradises Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information in enquiries, customer relationships and service delivery. This notice covers those activities and our website. Processing on a client’s behalf is subject to the relevant agreement, the client’s lawful instructions and applicable law.
Information and purposes
We may collect names, contact details, business affiliations, project requirements and correspondence that you or an authorised representative provide. We use this information to:

- Prepare proposals and agreements, deliver services and provide support.
- Manage customer relationships and business records.
- Operate and protect our website and systems, investigate misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.
We may contact existing customers about other relevant services, where permitted by law and with consent where required. You can decline promotional communications using the contact below without affecting agreed services or necessary project communications.
Website data
Technical records, which may include IP addresses and request information, support website operation and security. This website does not use an enquiry form, analytics or advertising trackers.

External providers supporting our hosting, business communications and information storage may process personal information for the purposes above. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.
Providers may process information outside Singapore. Overseas transfers are subject to the requirements of Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act, including comparable protection unless a lawful exception applies.
