Symp Pro Bono is a bold initiative by Symp that lets you have your website to be potentially built at no cost. You can apply for this program multiple times. And as per each application, your website's eligibility will be accessed by Symp and we will notify you of the outcome.

Who do I contact if I need to make some changes to my website?

If you have subscribed to a SympCare plan, a Symp Expert will be assigned to you throughout the subscription period. His contact details such as his mobile number and email address are listed in your account page. You can either call him or email him describing your needs.

Else, you may either subscribe to a SympCare plan or purchase a single incident of support, both available at the online SympStore. In the latter case, a Symp Expert will contact you in the shortest time possible. 

I have heard that I have to pay maintenance fees annually for my website. Is it true?

Symple Solutions are specially designed so that a lot of common changes can be made on your own - for e.g, to add new content, edit existing pieces of news, post new pictures, configure additional permissions or insert new advertisement banners.

If you are confident of these tasks, you may choose not to purchase a SympCare maintenance package, and consequently maintenance fees will be zero. Else, you could choose a SympCare plan so that a personal Symp Expert will be assigned to you throughout the subscription period.

What is the SympCare plan?

The SympCare plan is an integrated service and support plan that is backed by Symp and extends the complimentary coverage on your Symple Solution purchased. The SympCare Plan for your website extends your complimentary coverage to 12 months from your website deployment date. 

Can I purchase the SympCare plan anytime?

You can purchase the SympCare plan anytime if you are still an existing client of Symp who has at least one website hosted with us. Your eligibility for coverage starts from your website deployment date. Symp strongly recommends that you purchase the SympCare plan when you purchase a Symple Solution to maximise the additional benefits coverage.

Where can I purchase the SympCare plan?

The SympCare plan can be purchased at the online SympStore anytime.

Can I get a refund on my SympCare plan if I cease to be a client of Symp?

SympCare plan is not refundable. If you would like to end your business relationship with Symp and your subscription to SympCare plan has not expired, your SympCare subscription will be terminated together with your website hosting plan.
